We have an exciting opportunity for a Property Branch Manager role in a London based Real Estate firm. It is one of the first consulting firms in the UK to focus on offering Chinese investors real estate investment and asset management advice. The firm is currently looking for an individual possessing the required certification and experience to fill this role.
Job Requirements:
- Understanding of both lettings and sales of properties in the United Kingdom.
- Ideally, Level 3 Propertymark certified and an ARLA / NAEA fellow.
- Expert in residential real estate.
- Listing/valuation abilities.
- Excellent customer service abilities.
- Ability to manage a team successfully.
- Excellent telephone manner and a pleasant attitude.
