We have an exciting opportunity for a Project Manager role in a London‑based restaurant group. Responsibilities

This role is critical to the successful completion of construction projects. The Project Manager will work closely with the Managing Director to oversee project management and coordinate field‑based site management of existing restaurants and future new locations.

Qualifications and Requirements

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in various project management positions, preferably in the catering sector.
  • Experience in construction and/or substantial on‑site expertise.
  • Self‑motivated with the ability to work flexibly, efficiently and adhere to strict timelines.
  • Outcome‑driven with a focus on delivery.
  • Strong numeracy skills with a solid business sense.
  • SMSTS certification is required.
  • Full computer literacy and familiarity with AutoCAD (desirable).
  • Excellent negotiation and persuasion abilities.
  • Fluency in Mandarin or Cantonese is an advantage.
