We have an exciting opportunity for a Product Communications Manager role in an IT Services and IT Consulting company. It is the world's leading provider of connected car services, with millions of drivers and organisations using it to locate and pay for parking, EV charging, fueling, and tolls.
The Product Communications Manager will develop concise external product and business messaging for B2B customers globally, focusing especially on the European and North American markets and building strong media relations.
Responsibilities- Develop concise external product and business messaging for B2B customers worldwide.
- Focus especially on the European and North American markets and build strong media relations.
- Communicate complex product information and roadmaps to senior executives and external audiences.
- Strong technical copywriter with excellent communication skills who can take complex ideas and turn them into content and propositions that centre on the needs of the customer.

- Extensive knowledge of effective go-to-market marketing/communications tactics.
- Comfortable speaking with senior executives and others outside the company about new products and roadmaps.
