Contract Details: For a 12‑month contract, they are looking for a Compliance Manager with expertise in producing, evaluating, and certifying commercial and non‑promotional materials.
Responsibilities:
- Producing, evaluating, and certifying commercial and non‑promotional materials for the company.
Qualifications:
- Undergraduate/postgraduate degree in pharmacology, medicine, science, or law
- English and Mandarin bilingualism
- Background in the biological sciences, such as legal or compliance, medical information, or approval of promotional content
- Working experience with or within a multinational pharmaceutical or life‑science enterprise, particularly in AsiaPacific Medical Affairs
- Capacity to recognise and handle risk
- Confident and sound ethical decision‑making that balances corporate objectives and regulatory requirements
- Problem‑solving abilities and capacity to rationalise and document well‑considered judgments
- Maintaining credibility and trust, retaining a clear viewpoint, and knowing when to elevate problems
