We have an exciting opportunity for a Personal Assistant role in a real estate company based in London. The agency is looking for a Personal Assistant / Executive Assistant to help with routine administrative tasks and ensure the smooth operation of the agency.
Qualifications
- Outstanding communication and customer service abilities.
- Capability to manage a diverse and difficult workload.
- Exceptional attention to detail.
- Patient and responsible demeanour.
- The ability to operate under pressure and prioritise tasks.
- Completely computer literate.
- Customer service that is both kind and professional (including an impeccable telephone manner).
- Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities, as well as being an honest and trustworthy individual.
- A general understanding of IT and computer work, including familiarity with typical letting agency software.
- Excellent time management and organisational abilities.
- Exceptional attention to detail, as well as a knack for problem‑solving.
- Cantonese and Mandarin fluency (both speaking and writing).
- Although qualification to industry‑recognised standards (such as NAEA, NFOPP, and ARLA) is desired, though is not essential.
- Strong negotiation abilities, fueled by a competitive mindset, are desired.
- Property knowledge is preferable.
