The firm is a new educational coordination company that provides individualised help to students and parents in their academic careers in the United Kingdom.
This role seeks an experienced Activities Manager to oversee and organise the company's operations. The firm is capable of offering sponsorship to the appropriate candidate.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- A Bachelor's Degree is required.
- Outstanding organisational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent time management abilities, as well as the capacity to delegate and prioritise responsibilities.
- Excellent problem‑solving and creative‑thinking abilities.
- Detail‑oriented thinking and high attention to detail.
- Capable of leading and managing a team.
- Competence in most common office applications, including:
- Google Workplace (Gmail, Docs, Drive, Slides, Sheets, Meet, Forms, and others)
- MS Office (Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, etc)
- Software for organisation and project management (Trello, Todoist)
- Zoom
- Mandarin fluency.
