We have an exciting opportunity for an Office Assistant/Import Assistant role in the UK based Air Conditioning company. The firm is a leading-edge exclusive high-end Air Conditioning Systems importer and European distributor based in the United Kingdom. The firm is seeking a competent individual to fill this position who will play an active part in aiding the Imports Office's day-to-day operations. This entails working with our Chinese producers regularly to place orders, coordinate container deliveries, and manage the import process from start to finish.
Job Requirements:
- Chinese and English linguistic skills (reading, writing and spoken)
- A background in corporate customer service/supplier service
- Must be able to operate all office equipment such as scanners, printers, copiers, PDAs, projectors, phones and PCs.
