We are hiring a Senior Sales Executive in Northamptonshire to join our online third-party logistics service which offers fulfilment, warehousing and cross-border solutions. The role reports directly to the Head Of Sales and involves growing and managing the client database through phone calls and client visits, as well as leading junior sales executives.

Responsibilities

  • Grow and manage the client database via phone calls and visits.
  • Lead and coach junior sales executives under the direction of the Head Of Sales.
  • Maintain strong client relationships and drive sales outcomes.

Requirements

  • Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to remain calm under pressure.
  • Native English speakers with strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Right to work in the UK, valid driver's licence, and private transportation.
  • Outgoing, confident, persistent, and ambitious personality.
  • Strong motivation based on outcomes and a persuasive telephone demeanour.
  • Moderate IT skills; preference for prior experience in a similar role.
