We have an exciting opportunity for a Customer Engagement Executive for a real estate business in Alderley Edge. Our client offers student housing. They are looking for experienced, but most importantly, passionate individuals to help them achieve their goals. Customer service skills are needed for success, but you must also be passionate about providing an outstanding journey to your customers. You will actively look for ways to increase rental revenue, which will improve their students' journey. A hands-on approach, as well as effective communication skills and the ability to constantly improve, are essential for success in this position. As a member of an ever-evolving and expanding team, you will be the first line of interaction and support for the customers who have just boarded for the following academic year, ensuring that everyone has an outstanding journey.
Role requirements:
- GCSE or higher level of education
- Experience in a Customer Experience role is preferred, as is some sales experience
- Ability to think critically and deal with online operating systems and payments
- Good oral and written communication skills, ability to convey information in a simple and concise manner, especially to people from other cultures
- Empathetic, create trust while maintaining a firm line when required to meet company goals
- Ability to collaborate with other departments to achieve mutual objectives
- Pay close attention to detail, be coordinated and methodical in strategy, adaptable when dealing with potential or existing customers
- Excellent time management skills, able to handle workload on own during peak hours
- Reliable, capable of maintaining a professional demeanor, demonstrating solid integrity ethic
- Advantageous if fluent in Mandarin
