We have an exciting opportunity for a Talent Acquisition Manager role in a London-based Information Technology & Services company. The firm is a trade-only organization that assists IT vendors and channel partners in building their businesses by bringing innovative technologies to market and boosting established brands through a variety of quality services.
Responsibilities
- The Talent Acquisition Manager will lead the Talent Acquisition strategy, utilizing the latest industry trends and patterns.
- They will provide critical support for hiring, give expert advice and interview best practices to the senior leadership team.
Qualifications
- Expertise in Talent Acquisition or Recruitment for at least 4 years is required.
- International recruitment experience is preferred.
- Considerable experience with graduate programs or recruitment for graduate positions.
- Experience leading a small team or mentorship in a recruiting team is preferred.
- Experience with the UK apprenticeship levy is preferred.
- Experience with psychometric assessments, particularly Thomas International products, is preferred.
- Recruitment experience in tech distribution is a huge plus.
- English and Mandarin bilingual.
- An optimistic, can-do attitude, strong persuasive abilities, willingness to question the current quo, and willingness to travel to various business sites are required.
- The candidate must possess outstanding communication abilities, the capacity to multitask while meeting expectations and timelines, work efficiently under pressure, exhibit a growth mentality, recognize the benefits of learning and ongoing progress, and support diverse hiring methods.
