We have an exciting opportunity for a Solicitor – Residential and Commercial Property role in a boutique London law practice.

Requirements:

  • A 2:1 degree in law or an equivalent qualification.
  • An approved postgraduate legal qualification from a recognised university.
  • 3–5 years of post‑qualification experience (PQE).
  • Fluency in English.
  • Solid drawing and communication abilities.
  • Prior experience in a comparable capacity.
  • Knowledge of new‑build residential homes and HNW clientele.
  • Capability to work both as a team member and independently.
  • Commercial acumen and keen attention to detail.
  • Proven billing records and the capacity to meet billing targets.
  • Strong organisational skills and the ability to prioritise.
  • Demonstrated numerical and technical skills.
  • International experience and/or proficiency in Mandarin and/or Cantonese.
  • Experience with the case‑management system LEAP is advantageous.
  • Flexibility, adjustment and cross‑cultural capability.
