We have an exciting opportunity for a Senior Marketing Manager role in a London-based real estate company. The firm is a real estate investment and development company that has established itself as a prominent property developer, trader, and administrator. The company is currently seeking a suitable candidate who possesses the necessary amount of experience and qualifications to fill this role. After the one-year fixed-term contract, the applicant who performed exceptionally well will be considered for a permanent post.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or higher (relevant major in marketing, business, media, public relations, or advertising preferred).
- Hands-on experience in marketing or a real-estate business of at least 7 years.
- Must be able to work in the United Kingdom.
- Fluency in Mandarin Chinese and English (both written and verbal).
- Strong interpersonal skills.
- Positive attitude, execution ability, attention to detail, and good time-management skills.
- Responsible, initiator, innovative, team-enthusiastic, and collaborative attributes required.
