We have an exciting opportunity for a Senior Market Risk BA role in an IT Services and IT Consulting company based in Berkshire. The company offers IT services to brands, enabling them to attain the necessary combination of people and technology to achieve business results at a lower cost. This is a hybrid office position with a pro‑rata salary and a 6‑month contract with the possibility of becoming full‑time.
Job Requirements:
- Degree-level education and, ideally, Mandarin fluency.
- Strong understanding of Market Data needs, as well as Risk, Finance, and Operational processes and requirements.
- Knowledge of or familiarity with the Bank's core platforms, such as Asset Management, Murex, Xenomorph VAR reporting, Incremental Risk Charge, Stress Testing, and Back Testing.
- Understanding of Product Control business operations such as Independent Price Verification (IPV) and Bid/Offer provisioning.
- Experience in gathering business requirements and developing both business and functional requirement specifications.
- A strong, proven track record of project performance in the financial services industry.
- Experience throughout the whole project lifecycle, from design to testing and deployment.
- Collaboration in geographically dispersed teams.
- Ability to provide complicated functionality in a time‑constrained environment.
- Ability to influence and persuade, meeting client expectations and delivering results.
- Adaptive to change and capable of managing stress and setbacks.
