We have an exciting opportunity for a Senior Designer and Production Manager role in an Apparel and Fashion manufacturer based in London. The company is a worldwide design, manufacturing, and logistics firm that makes accessories, clothes, packaging, athletic, and lifestyle items.

Job Requirements:

  • Excellent grasp of garment design, development, and marketing processes.
  • 4+ years of apparel design and production expertise.
  • Ability to read and comprehend product specifications, grades, tech packs, and bills of materials (BOMs).
  • Understanding of garment structure, textile material construction, costs, pattern design, graphical embellishments (trims, patching, screen-printing, embroidery), and garment production.
  • Ability to monitor and discuss issues that arise during development with both internal and external clients, and cooperate fluently with numerous departments and vendors.
  • Demonstrated product design and project management abilities.
  • Capability to operate under pressure and fulfil tight deadlines.
  • 1 year of production planning experience (preferred).
  • 1 year of production managerial experience (preferred).
  • Fluency in Mandarin is desirable.
  • Work authorization in the UK (preferred).
