- Previous work experience in either the metals industry or human rights due diligence or environmental or social audits.
- Knowledge of the OECD Due Diligence Guidance for Responsible Mineral Supply Chains from dispute and high‑risk areas.
- Capable of executing numerous deliveries at the same time and recognising each one's priorities.
- Highly driven and self‑sufficient; working with management in a different time zone will be a need for this position.
- Excellent written and spoken communication abilities, and experience interacting with international audiences.
- English and Mandarin proficiency.
- Excellent command of Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Prior experience with a CRM platform is desired.
