We have an exciting opportunity for a Recruitment Manager for an internet company based in London. The company is a major online marketplace for vehicle buyers and sellers. This is a full-time rolling contract in-house recruiter/talent acquisition role subject to renewal every 3 months.
Job Requirements:
- Native Chinese Mandarin competence, as well as strong verbal and writing English skills.
- 5 years of comprehensive end-to-end recruitment experience, preferably including both agency and in-house roles.
- Strong interpersonal skills, including the ability to rapidly establish rapport with workers, stakeholders, and applicants, as well as successfully interact with people at all levels of the organisation.
- Closing applicants and negotiating complex compensation packages are both skills you'll need.
- Ability to recognise and use data to impact and drive decisions.
- Ability to collaborate across departments in a fast-paced, complicated international organization.
- It is preferred that you have a bachelor's degree.
