We have an exciting opportunity for a Property Solicitor / Licensed Conveyancer / Legal Executive role in a Legal Services firm based in Beijing. This firm is one of the earliest private legal partnerships to develop as a significant full‑service law practice, providing high‑quality legal services to customers in more than 50 countries. It is looking for an experienced conveyancing solicitor, licensed conveyancer, or legal executive with up to 3 years post‑qualification experience to join its flourishing and emerging Property Development department.

Job Requirements:

  • Conveyancing solicitor, licensed conveyancer or legal executive with up to 3 years post‑qualification experience (PQE).
  • Must have UK property law experience.
  • Outstanding Mandarin and English skills (spoken and written).
  • Experience interacting with Southeast Asian clientele, agencies, and/or other associated professionals.
  • Experience working with all elements of residential property work, including off‑the‑plan acquisitions.
  • Proven track record of dealing with large volumes and meeting deadlines while producing high‑quality work.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, as well as meticulousness.
  • Demonstrated ability to operate under pressure and fulfill deadlines.
  • Capacity to respond to inquiries quickly and efficiently while delivering outstanding client care at all times.
