Contract Details For a 12‐month contract, they are looking for a Compliance Manager with expertise in producing, evaluating, and certifying commercial and non‐promotional materials.
Responsibilities Producing, evaluating, and certifying commercial and non‐promotional materials for the company.
Qualifications Undergraduate/postgraduate degree in pharmacology, medicine, science, or law
English and Mandarin bilingualism
Background in the biological sciences, such as legal or compliance, medical information, or approval of promotional content
Working experience with or within a multinational pharmaceutical or life‐science enterprise, particularly in AsiaPacific Medical Affairs
Capacity to recognise and handle risk
Confident and sound ethical decision‐making that balances corporate objectives and regulatory requirements
Problem‐solving abilities and capacity to rationalise and document well‐considered judgments
Maintaining credibility and trust, retaining a clear viewpoint, and knowing when to elevate problems
Proactive, efficient, self‐driven, and creative
Ability to prioritise tasks and remain calm under pressure
Excellent teamwork and cross‐functional communication with colleagues from regulatory and commercial departments
