We have an exciting opportunity for a Multi‑Site Store Manager role in a London based Supermarket chain. The Retail Group provides a wide choice of premium and trendy Asian goods to the market, as well as traditional and trendy street cuisine, and focuses on offering exceptional customer service. It is seeking an experienced retail store manager with previous store management experience, ideally in food retail.
Job Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of retail management experience.
- Experience in the food retail business – preferably in supermarkets.
- 5+ years of staff development and leadership experience.
- 5+ years of experience managing employee performance, disciplinary and grievance procedures.
- Outstanding time management, delegation, and problem‑solving abilities.
- A customer‑centred approach.
- Excellent knowledge of basic shop operations and procedures.
- Working knowledge of KPIs and the ability to improve store performance.
- Exceptional communication abilities.
- Understanding of East Asian and South‑East Asian cuisine items.
- Must be eligible to work in the UK.
