We have an exciting opportunity for a Marketing Coordinator role with a London-based Architecture Studio. Our client works with forward-thinking shopping, leisure, and lifestyle operators and developers committed to shaping modern society. They design and implement cutting‑edge master plans, construction programmes, and housing projects.
The Marketing Coordinator will be a highly motivated, detail‑oriented, and innovative team member who assists the marketing team. This key coordination task ensures the smooth operation and execution of promotions, releases, activities, ongoing new business enquiries, and digital presence within a small team.
The position is full‑time and requires a self‑starter and constructive team player capable of multitasking, prioritising changeable process‑led activities, and functioning under pressure while remaining calm and rational.
Key Requirements- Proven work experience assisting a marketing team in a mid‑sized business, including participation in strategy development, press campaigns, and project launches.
- Understanding, knowledge, and genuine interest in luxury architecture, design, fashion, lifestyle, entertainment, tastemaking, and benchmark influencers.
- Methodical organisational abilities and attention to detail.
- Capability to file and archive details and imagery while ensuring everything is up to date.
- Effective reporting and analysis skills, and ability to present results succinctly.
- IT and graphic design skills – InDesign, Photoshop, MS Word.
- Experience working or interacting in China or with Chinese (preferable but not necessary).
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, and ability to establish and sustain strong collaborative internal and external working relationships at all levels in the studio.
- A true team player with a strong work ethic.
- Exceptional linguistic agility and written word command.
- Good and perceptive visual eye for mapping out imagery (editorial / colour balance / cropping).
- Desire to serve as an ambassador at events and to network for the marketing department.
- Capacity to act in the absence of the PR & Brand Manager (subject to handovers), and an understanding of when it is appropriate to seek advice.
- Experience and self‑assurance interacting with the public, high‑net‑worth individuals, and clients.
