We have an exciting opportunity for a Lettings Manager/Property Branch Manager role in a London-based Real Estate firm. It is one of the first consulting firms in the UK to focus on offering Chinese investors real estate investment and asset management advice. The firm is currently looking for an individual possessing the required certification and experience to fill this role.
Job Requirements:
- Knowledge of current letting legislation in England.
- Residential Letting Management level 3 qualification preferred.
- Residential Sales level 3 qualification preferred.
- Possessing listing/valuation skills.
- Outstanding customer service skills.
- Ability to successfully manage a team.
- Excellent phone manners and a kind demeanour.
- Self‑motivated, attractive, and ambitious.
