We have an exciting opportunity for an International Marketing and Sales Manager role in a Beijing‑headquartered technology, information, and internet company. The company collaborates with major brands across luxury, travel, FMCG, automobile, IT, finance, e‑commerce, and gaming sectors to enhance brand awareness and operational efficiency, aiming to become China’s dominant digital marketing platform through big‑data and AI technologies.

The International Marketing and Sales Manager will help bolster the company’s brand recognition and demand, generate a consistent flow of leads, and provide an excellent brand experience across all digital and offline promotions. All marketing activities will be underpinned by demonstrable ROI‑driven measurement.

Responsibilities
  • Lead international marketing and sales initiatives to grow brand recognition and demand.
  • Generate a consistent flow of qualified leads across multiple channels.
  • Deliver an outstanding brand experience throughout all promotion efforts, both digital and offline.
  • Ensure all marketing activities are measured and reported with clear ROI.
  • Execute integrated marketing plans and timelines across all platforms, including PR, events, direct mail, email, social, digital, content, and awards.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree (B.A./B.S.) or higher from a three‑year college or university.
  • English competency at the native level and Chinese language proficiency.
  • Self‑motivated, results‑oriented, and efficient working style.
  • Meticulous, patient, approachable with a strong sense of client service.
  • Good communication and teamwork skills; ability to manage departmental support and resources.
  • Track record of success in multi‑channel marketing within media, advertising, or ad‑tech sectors.
  • Strong knowledge and experience in ad‑tech and programmatic advertising.
  • Proven ability to execute integrated marketing across all platforms.
  • Innovative problem‑solving skills and capacity to bring new approaches and solutions to the table.
  • Extensive knowledge of marketing platforms and tools such as automation software, social media monitoring tools, CRMs, and project management systems.
  • Strong copywriting abilities and persuasive communication skills.
