We have an exciting opportunity for a Head of Compliance role in a Banking and Financial Services company founded in Taipei. Job Requirements

  • Eligible to work in the UK without sponsorship - Documentation Required
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience as a Head of Compliance in the banking industry, preferably with SMF16 & 17 functions, is required.
  • BSc/BA in a relevant discipline, such as law, finance, or business administration.
  • Thorough knowledge and comprehension of the FCA manual and recommended procedures for the sector.
  • Hands‑on knowledge of a range of regulatory reporting methods.
  • Working knowledge of the FCA.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.
  • Excellent analytical abilities and attention to detail.
  • A qualified compliance professional is an advantage.
  • Mandarin language proficiency is advantageous.
