Job Requirements

- A minimum of 2 years of experience as a Head of Compliance in the banking industry, preferably with SMF16 & 17 functions, is required.
- BSc/BA in a relevant discipline, such as law, finance, or business administration.
- Thorough knowledge and comprehension of the FCA manual and recommended procedures for the sector.
- Hands‑on knowledge of a range of regulatory reporting methods.
- Working knowledge of the FCA.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.
- Excellent analytical abilities and attention to detail.
