We have an exciting opportunity for a Finance Associate role in a London based real estate company. The company is a prestigious real estate company having presence in the UK and some parts of Asia and currently is looking for an experienced finance associate who has a demonstrated interest in real estate law, as well as outstanding analytical and writing abilities and the ability to work as part of a team.

Job Requirements

  • A bachelor's degree in finance, real estate, accounting, or another quantitative subject with a track record of academic achievement
  • Experience in the financial services area (Real Estate, Banking, Investment Management, Audit/Advisory) is preferred
  • A considerable benefit is prior job experience in real estate funds or portfolio management, banking/capital markets, and/or financial reporting.
  • Excellent Excel and PowerPoint abilities are required; VBA expertise is preferred
  • Analytical and quantitative abilities, as well as a high level of organization, experience dealing with big data sets, and the ability to spot data anomalies and trends are all desirable qualities.
  • Communication abilities that are both written and vocal are essential.
  • Ability to provide engaging, thorough reporting materials that are both innovative and captivating
  • Ability to multitask and complete a variety of tasks, as well as good time management and attention to detail
  • Fluency in English
