We have an exciting opportunity for a Bid Coordinator role with a London-based Architecture Studio. Our client works with forward-thinking shopping, leisure, and lifestyle operators and developers who are committed to shaping modern society. They design and implement cutting-edge master plans, construction programmes, and housing projects.
Our client is looking for a Bid Coordinator to join their Marketing department. Working together with the Head of New Business Asia and the PR and Brand Manager to ensure that general knowledge is translated into new client acquisition. In order to secure new projects, primarily assisting with the timely development and submission of PQQ, contests, bids, and tenders.
Key Requirements- Experience arranging, collecting, and packaging bids and tenders for submission.
- Strong attention to detail, ensuring that deliverables are accurate in order to satisfy bid specifications.
- It would be advantageous if you had prior design experience, as well as previous job and communication skills in China.
- Excellent time management skills, including the ability to break down assignments, assign them to appropriate internal staff, and monitor progress.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, as well as the ability to establish and sustain strong collaborative internal and external working relationships at all levels in the studio.
- Ability to extract needed information from client contact and transform it into bid-winning written responses.
- IT & Graphics skills - InDesign, Photoshop, MS Word.
- Keen attention to detail and precision, as well as a graphical eye.
- Self-motivated and a true team player with a strong work ethic.
- Experience working with CRM/ERP systems is needed.
- Organized with the ability to clearly identify expectations from the team.
- Ability to schedule, handle, and prioritise workloads when working under pressure.
- Experience working in a mid-sized studio of project teams.
- Mandarin fluency is expected.
