We have an exciting opportunity for an Architect/Interior role with a London-based Architecture Studio. Our client works with forward-thinking shopping, leisure, and lifestyle operators and developers who are committed to shaping modern society. They design and implement cutting-edge master plans, construction programmes, and housing projects. This role focuses on major international shopping mall projects.

Key Requirements:

  • 5-10 years of luxury retail design experience delivering mixed-use projects internationally.
  • Excellent visual storytelling skills and the ability to build rapport and adapt to a variety of situations.
  • Extensive knowledge of materials and finishes, and the ability to confidently assume responsibility for projects from design to completion.
  • Excellent communication skills, establishing a strong rapport and responding to a variety of situations.
  • Capability to take on general arrangement plans and technical information for luxury retail projects, from design to completion with confidence.
  • Comfort with integrating technological design and innovation.
  • Experience collaborating with disciplines such as signage, installation, and branding.
  • Expert level knowledge of Rhino and AutoCAD; visualisation and FF&E delivery expertise preferred.
  • Previous experience working for a multinational company and completing projects in China is highly desired.
