We have an exciting opportunity for an Alternative Investment Director role in a global Investment Management firm. It is a worldwide fund management platform emphasising the active management of assets to create long-term value.

Key Responsibilities and Expectations:

  • Real estate investing track record in key markets such as the UK, Germany, Western European capitals and CEE.
  • Identify, implement and optimise investment structures and strategies to maximise growth and returns of properties and portfolios.
  • Create and present concise investment analyses, synthesise information and communicate effectively with senior management.
  • Lead and manage multiple projects, set priorities, and collaborate with all levels of management and staff on crucial projects.
  • Operate independently or within a collaborative, fast-paced environment, demonstrating self-motivation, accountability, and entrepreneurialism.

Qualifications:

  • At least 8 years of relevant work experience in alternative investments, including a proven track record across all asset classes.
  • Minimum of 5 years of exposure in real estate investing and finance, with hands-on expertise in financial modelling and underwriting real estate.
  • BA or BS from an approved university in real estate, finance, business, accounting, economics or a closely related field; strong academic credentials.
  • Excellent asset operational experience, leadership and managerial abilities, unwavering integrity.
  • Fluent in Mandarin and English.
