We have an exciting opportunity for a Sales and Marketing Coordinator role in a Liverpool-based Leasing Non‑residential Real Estate company. It is a well‑known family‑run enterprise that is a market leader in real estate development, investing and property management.

Responsibilities:

  • Managing the day‑to‑day interactions with foreign accommodation agencies while covering maternity leave.
  • Providing interim support to both domestic and overseas markets.
  • Assisting the sales and administrative operations following the leave cover period.

Job Requirements:

  • Prior work history in a sales or administrative position.
  • Prior knowledge in using CRM or booking systems in a data‑compliant setting.
  • A keen eye for detail is necessary.
