We have an exciting opportunity for an Interior Architect role in an architecture and interior design studio based in London. The firm creates innovative architecture and interior design projects in the housing, corporate, retail, hospitality, and recreational sectors. Currently, the firm is seeking to hire an experienced Mandarin and English Speaking Interior Architect to fill this position who will be based either in London or China.

Job Requirements

  • At least 5 years of project management experience (Stage 3 to Stage 5).
  • A track record of completely owning project deliverables.
  • Expertise in placing together drawing packages for all RIBA phases (completely comprehensive interior design intent packages with technical design understanding for architectural/interior components, FF&E and joinery).
  • Construction management experience.
  • Understanding of material procurement and construction details.
  • Competence dealing with consultants, contractors, and trades.
  • Be capable of reading design directions and thinking creatively.
  • Expertise and experience with building control applications.
  • Capable of using CAD (Preferably also Rhino).
  • Must be bilingual in Mandarin and English.
