We have an exciting opportunity for a Human Resources Generalist role in a Computer Games company based in Guangzhou. This is one of the world's major game developers in terms of size and income, and it has always been focused on creating high-quality content and engaging players all around the world. The organisation is presently looking for an HR Generalist (People Specialist) to assist it to build its staff and add a new perspective to its expansion initiatives.

Job Requirements:

  • B.A. in HR or similar experience is required; CIPD qualification is an asset.
  • Minimum 3 years of work experience in a similar role is required, preferably in the internet/gaming/investment sector.
  • Understanding of UK job and labour legislation and rules.
  • Ability to speak effectively and with strong interpersonal skills.
  • Self-driven, with a can-do mentality, as well as a fast learner and problem fixer.
  • Fluency in Mandarin/German/French is preferred.
