Job Requirements
- Performance history in a people/HR related role.
- Expertise in a similar capacity at a fast-growing startup is preferred.
- 2 years of work exposure in HR procurement (preferred).
- Linguistic skills in English and Chinese.
- A record of success in creating and implementing systems and procedures to support the fast scaling of people in dynamic, elevated organizations while sustaining present cultural norms.
- Capable of demonstrating a track record of success in recruiting, career growth, culture, and retention.
- A strategic perspective and the capacity to help managers and individuals on a daily basis.
- The ideal applicant will be self-aware, charming, and a real "people person."
