We have an exciting opportunity with a client that is redefining the patient journey by investing in the latest dental technology and offering a bespoke customer service experience unmatched anywhere else in the industry. As part of our expansion to become Scotland's leading dental company, we are recruiting a Mandarin speaking customer care representative to provide exceptional service to our Chinese speaking clients.

Qualifications:

  • High standard of written and spoken English
  • Excellent communication skills and a professional and confident telephone manner
  • Excellent customer care skills and customer-focused attitude
  • Ability to work in a team
  • Experience in reception role is an advantage
  • Used to working under pressure
  • Rights to work in the UK with a minimum of 1-year stay to be considered
