Job Requirements

  • A bachelor's degree in communication, education, marketing, finance, business, or public administration, or a closely related field, from a recognised four-year institution or university.
  • Experience in the real estate business, either professional or technical, with an understanding of pre-licensing and continuing education requirements.
  • Knowledge of all legislation, rules, and regulations regulating real estate agents and brokers, including those governing pre-licensing and continuing education requirements.
  • Knowledge of the real estate industry's processes, procedures, and terminology is essential.
  • Ability to comprehend, explain, and implement real estate pre-licensing, as well as the rules, legislation, and regulations of the Real Estate Commission.
  • Ability to effectively communicate and write clear and concise reports.
  • Ability to plan, organise, and prioritise a daily work schedule independently.
  • The ability to travel in the course of performing assigned duties.
  • Ability to form and maintain productive working relationships with real estate agents and brokers, industry representatives, pre-licensing and continuing education providers, and other workers.
  • Fluency in English and Mandarin.
