We have an exciting opportunity for an EA / Business Administrator with a Bookkeeping role in a London-based investment management company. The firm is well-positioned to connect investment possibilities between the UK and Chinese markets in a variety of key areas. This is a full-time position with a 2-month probation period.
The organisation is searching for a full-time EA that is efficient, adaptable, and proactive in order to support and help the director's smooth daily operations.
Responsibilities- Support the director’s daily operations and perform essential administrative tasks, including bookkeeping and communication coordination.
- Multitasking ability and ability to prioritise daily job load.
- Outstanding verbal and written communication abilities.
- Can work autonomously, pro‑actively, and meet deadlines.
- Excellent time management.
- Trustworthiness, as well as the capacity to operate with discretion and confidentiality.
- Proficiency in using Mac OS.
- Strong PA/EA expertise, particularly at the senior level, with formal administrative/secretarial training.
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office and a solid understanding of other working IT systems.
- Experience with fundamental business tasks such as finance, communications, and information technology systems.
- Adobe InDesign is preferred but not required (training provided).
