We have an exciting opportunity for a Customer Service Specialist role in a Transportation, Logistics and Storage company. It is a technology‑driven fourth‑party logistics service (4PL) whose vision is to enable global supply chains and retail‑standard distribution services for major e‑commerce platforms.

The Customer Service Specialist will work with a variety of online merchants in a fast‑paced workplace where effective communication skills are critical. The company wants someone who can build great customer connections and take positive action.

Job Requirements:
  • 2 years or more of related customer service experience in the logistics sector, particularly with e‑commerce fulfilment expertise is preferred.
  • Strong communication skills and the capacity to successfully engage with individuals from various functions.
  • Fluent in English, both orally and in writing.
  • The ability to communicate in Mandarin is advantageous.
  • Understand Microsoft Office applications and computer abilities.
  • Excellent communication and coordination abilities, as well as the ability to operate in a group.
  • UK work authorisation.
  • Prove reliable commute or have a plan to relocate (preferred).
