Job Requirements

  • Proficiency in English and Mandarin Chinese at the business level (both written and spoken) (B1 level or above)
  • Knowledge of QuickBooks would be a bonus point
  • Have a working grasp of the B2B freight procedure
  • Microsoft Excel at an intermediate level (familiar with pivot tables, vlookup)
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills (both written and vocal), as well as the ability to maintain positive customer relationships
  • Ability to prioritize a diverse workload while meeting tight constraints
  • Ability to make sound decisions and find answers to a variety of issues
