We have an exciting opportunity for a Consultant / Senior Consultant for a London-based Management Consulting company. The firm works in the life sciences industry worldwide. This position’s goal is to oversee the completion of client projects, ensuring that they meet the client’s goals and expectations, and that project timeframes are met.
Job Requirements
- Recent employment with an EU-based consulting firm, providing familiarity and in-market knowledge with the EU pharmaceutical sector.
- Master’s degree in medicine or biological sciences from a world-class faculty (PhD preferred).
- 3+ years of relevant professional experience at consultant level.
- Senior Consultant: 4+ years of recent life science/pharmaceutical consulting experience is required.
- Track record of professional accomplishment with multiple stages of advancement/promotion.
- Demonstrated leadership abilities (functional, client, team, etc.).
- Competitor intelligence experience in the pharmaceutical industry.
- Strong expertise and experience in the pharmaceutical business, including issue monitoring and coverage of industry conferences, primary CI, CI deep dives, workshops, scenario preparation, and synthesis/insight creation.
- Successful experience managing projects or workstreams within projects.
- Highly skilled in Microsoft Office (Excel and PowerPoint).
- Excellent communication abilities, including the ability to write and present.
- Thorough awareness of the life sciences and pharmaceutical industries, including current trends, advancements, and problems.
- Skills in delegation and people management.
- Must have the right to work in the UK.
