Client Communications Executive
We have an exciting opportunity for a Client Communications Executive role in a Spectator Sports company based in London. The company owns and organizes a unique and virtually exciting international running event for corporate teams to race through the financial district of their city while experiencing world‑class hospitality and a live DJ at the event's official after‑party.

Qualifications
- Minimum 2years of internet communications experience, preferably in the sports, activity, or wellness industries.
- Chinese bi‑lingual.
- Solid understanding and experience in the use of data to generate insight and aid decision‑making.
- Outstanding copywriting, drafting, and proofreading abilities.
- Previous expertise with design software, like Canva or Affinity, is preferred.
- Working knowledge of email marketing tools such as Braze, Mailchimp, or HubSpot.
- Strong communication skills which can be utilized with coworkers, sponsors, vendors, clients, participants, and viewers.
- Enthusiastic, proactive, and eager with a go‑getter attitude.
- The ability to think in new directions and solve problems.
- Ability to efficiently multitask and prioritize multiple projects at the same time.
- Focused, cheerful, calm, and collected, with great decision‑making abilities.
- Excellent customer service, especially the ability to deal diplomatically and tactfully with challenging situations.
- Ability to establish an open, honest, and trusted relationship with other members of the team.
- IT literacy is required (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.) as well as the ability to use design applications.
