We have an exciting opportunity for an International Sales Executive role in a Cheadle‑based Property Investment Management company. The company is a leader in real estate investment, specialising in student housing and property investment.

The position’s primary task is to help achieve full occupancy across our countrywide portfolio of purpose‑built student housing (PBSA). The role may require some travelling.

Qualifications:

  • GCSE or equivalent education
  • 1–2 years of sales experience, preferably in a related field (not required)
  • Work experience in customer support is desired
  • Mandarin‑speaking individual (preferable but not essential)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
  • Precision and attention to detail
