We have an exciting opportunity for a Purchasing Manager/Buyer role for a retail food company based in London. The retail group is committed to providing the consumer with a varied assortment of luxury and modern groceries, as well as traditional and modern street food.
The group is looking for an experienced Buying Manager to oversee product ordering, supplier relationships, and the adoption of purchasing systems inside the organisation.
Job Requirements:- CIPS Level 3 or above is required (Level 4 is preferred).
- Outstanding communication abilities.
- English and Chinese are both fluent (desirable).
- Business‑savvy.
- Prior purchasing/buying experience (preferably in Food and Lifestyle industry).
- Strong negotiating and persuasion abilities.
- Strong numeracy abilities.
- Experience in administration (desirable).
- Implementation of buying systems.
- Awareness of how to set up a buying system.
- Must be eligible to work in the UK.
