We have an exciting opportunity for a Business Analyst role for a Financial Services company headquartered in Hong Kong. The firm is one of Asia's biggest digital asset marketplaces, offering corporate and skilled investors prime brokerage, custody, exchange, and SaaS services. It is looking for an experienced Business Analyst having the necessary professional qualification and traits.

Job Requirements:

  • A bachelor's degree in computer science, business, or a related discipline, or comparable expertise.
  • Experienced Business Analyst with a past record of dealing in ambiguous situations and completing analytical duties.
  • Business analysis and domain expertise in process transformation, software engineering, and the deployment of digital goods would be advantageous.
  • Excellent Agile project management expertise, including user story writing in JIRA and documenting in Confluence.
  • Effective communication abilities, including the ability to communicate and lead discussions involving many business divisions and stakeholders.
  • Strong problem-solving and customer service abilities.
  • Great client attention and delivery commitment.
  • Keep a positive attitude toward obstacles and a can-do mentality.
  • Ability to operate under time constraints.
  • Excellent communication and presenting abilities, as well as a solid grasp of the English language (written and spoken).
  • It is preferred that you have a good command of verbal Cantonese/Mandarin.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, including the ability to develop project participant partnerships and cooperate with them to guarantee project success.
  • Willing to learn new technologies and intend to be a part of interesting initiatives with a direct influence on the business.
  • Have a willingness to come up with new ideas for clients.
