Role Purpose

A great opportunity has emerged for a professional customer support supervisor to handle the day-to-day processing of customer accounts while ensuring proactive coordination both internally and externally. Developing working partnerships with main supply chain contacts for the client.

What we need from you:

  • Previous experience in a customer service role, preferably with wholesale food retail.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
  • Cross-cultural communication experience.
