Job Requirements and Responsibilities:
- 3 to 5 years of digital marketing expertise.
- Fluent Mandarin (Chinese) speaker with strong linguistic and copywriting abilities.
- Experience delivering marketing campaigns in China.
- Knowledge of designing, creating, and optimising in‑platform marketing.
- Understanding of cultural and linguistic factors to promote Far‑East market localisation.
- Demonstrable competence in Baidu Ads, Weibo, and WeChat marketing.
- Bachelor’s degree.
- Certification in digital marketing is a bonus.
- Experience establishing and optimising campaigns across at least two platforms: Bing Ads, Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and LinkedIn Ads.
- Experience working in a fast‑paced B2B setting, preferably with an agency.
