We have an exciting opportunity for a Bookings Advisor role in a hospitality firm based in London. The company is a non‑profit organisation that provides one of the best and most economical lodging options in the capital. The primary goal of this position is to represent the firm positively to all internal and external customers via outbound and inbound phone, mail, and web chat while providing great customer service at all times. This is a 9‑month fixed‑term contract position.

- Provide excellent customer service at all times.
Job Requirements
- Minimum 1–2 years of work experience in holiday hospitality business (reservations/customer service).
- A‑Levels or similar qualification (preferred).
- Adaptability to work between 8 a.m. and 6 p.m.
- Ability to multitask.
- Excellent in establishing and maintaining positive and productive working connections across the organisation, as well as effectively communicating in a variety of scenarios.
- Experience working in a fast‑paced setting is a plus.
- Good communication and telephonic skills.
- Excellent command of English, both verbally and in writing.
- Excellent time management, organisational skills and keen eye for detail.
- Advantageous to have experience with ASSD or another reservation system.
- IT literate with Excel and Outlook experience.
- Positive and upbeat, with a positive outlook.
- Advantageous to be fluent in Mandarin.
