We have an interesting opportunity for a Project Manager position with a Birmingham-based Industrial Automation firm. With modern robots and AI algorithms, we develop and deliver value to every warehouse and factory.
Responsibilities:
- The work entails managing the implementation of complicated and large-scale warehouse automation projects, such as the installation of AGVs, ACRs, AMRs, and conveyor systems, as well as the establishment of testing and evaluation procedures.
Qualifications:
- A bachelor's degree in engineering, preferably in mechanical, industrial, robotics, or supply chain management.
- PMP is desirable.
- Prior experience designing and implementing AGV, ACR or AMR solutions is preferred.
- Understanding of WMS and PLC integration.
- Project management experience in warehouse automation, material handling equipment, and warehouse operations (at least 5 years).
- Linux/UNIX experience.
