We have an exciting opportunity for an Amazon Account Manager role in a London‑based exporter company. The company is a dedicated exporter with in‑company design, marketing, and merchandising departments that provide consumers with a variety of production alternatives. The company is currently looking for an experienced person to join the flourishing company as an Amazon account manager to participate in its growth.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree
  • 1–2 years of sales or account management experience
  • Mandarin and English proficiency is a must
  • Experience with external client engagement in a highly analytical, results‑oriented workplace
  • Excellent writing and verbal communication and presentation abilities, as well as the ability to communicate ideas rationally and concisely
  • A strong grasp of and enthusiasm for e‑commerce is required
  • Knowledge in e‑commerce, retail, marketing, or media is a plus
  • Extremely beneficial to have prior expertise persuading C‑level executives
  • Expertise in dealing with Amazon Marketplace, including knowing APIs, robust product rating, and other tools for increasing Amazon sales
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook applications
  • Excellent time management and project management abilities
  • Detail‑oriented and adept at data input
  • Understand fundamental arithmetic abilities for pricing materials, costing orders, and monitoring inventory stock levels
  • When dealing with customers, ability to think outside the box to offer solutions that provide value to the client
