Responsibilities
- Research the activewear industry.

- Integrate into in-house production, supporting every step of the process from concept to delivery.
- Produce technical packs and print designs using Adobe Photoshop & Illustrator.
- Collaborate with production teams and manufacturers, ensuring deadlines are met.
Qualifications
- At least 1-2 years of experience designing women's sportswear.
- Portfolio exhibiting a keen commercial sense for print and shape.
- Experience working with a retailer or supplier.
- Knowledge of woven and jersey fabrics; strong CP comprehension.
- Competent in producing technical packs and print designs in Adobe Photoshop & Illustrator.
- Understanding and collaboration with production teams and manufacturers.
- Strong communication skills and ability to meet important deadlines.
- Preferably speaking and understanding Chinese.
