We have an exciting opportunity for an Activation Manager role in a Marketing & Advertising company based in London. This is Europe's largest social commerce agency specializing in China, providing worldwide firms with award‑winning China market entrance strategies.

Responsibilities:

  • The Activation Manager will lead the creation and ongoing optimization of strategic approach, planning, and execution in China, taking on actual responsibilities for business growth and participating in the development of client growth strategies.

Qualifications:

  • Mandarin Chinese native speaker with strong presentation and communication skills in English.
  • Bachelor's degree preferred, ideally in mass communication, marketing, finance, or related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of agency experience, with expertise in maintaining accounts, projects, people, budgets, and resources.
  • Demonstrated track record of planning and implementing effective marketing campaigns across various sectors, with a solid understanding of the Chinese digital media ecosystem — search, social, and e‑commerce.
