We have an exciting opportunity for an Accounting Data Analyst role with a Financial Services firm in London. Our client is a multinational credit financial institution, media source, and data analysis company that specialises in the insurance sector.

Responsibilities:

  • You will be responsible for the procurement and data capture of international financial reports and accounts.
  • You will collaborate with the International Data Team, which is in charge of compiling financial data for use in both the rating process and data products, and providing data for flagship products and direct data reports to a number of institutional clients.
  • The team is also responsible for collaborating with internal and external customers to provide research for industry briefings, research projects, and press comments.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree, preferably in business, accounting/finance, or actuarial studies.
  • At least 3-6 months of accounting experience.
  • Ability to read and communicate financial information in Mandarin or Korean.
  • Understanding and navigation of financial information, especially insurance company reports and accounts.
  • Knowledge of the insurance or financial services markets is advantageous.
  • Strong IT skills, especially Excel.
  • Capable of prioritising and multitasking.
  • Precision and attention to detail.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
