The role involves assisting customers and supporting the adviser team.

Qualifications and Experience

  • Prior job experience in a financial setting would be advantageous.
  • Higher Education Diploma (preferred).
  • 1 year of account management experience (preferred).
  • 1 year of customer service experience (preferred).
  • Work authorization in the United Kingdom (preferred).
  • CeMAP certification (preferred).
  • Mortgage processing knowledge and skills are desirable.
  • Excellent time‑management skills and ability to prioritise assignments.
  • Outstanding communication ability in both Mandarin and English.
  • Teamwork ability and ability to work autonomously to accomplish goals and contribute to strong team morale.
  • Strong interpersonal skills to rationalise specific information requests.
